Kidney Stone Coach respects your time and work responsibilities. A 30 minute visit allows the time necessary to ask and answer questions. Our counseling is a data driven process that works.

The idea of this service is a direct result of the covid crisis when virtual visits became necessary. Counseling/coaching for kidney stone prevention does not require a hands on visit. Kidney Coach was designed to utilize quality testing and allocating sufficient time for effective counseling.

Kidney stone disease is a metabolic problem most often due to dietary and fluid habits. Your coach will ask key questions to determine risk and offer a pathway for further evaluation. Those willing to follow advise will lower their stone risk.
Kidney Stone Coach goes way beyond general dietary and fluid advise. The process will target specific problems and offer specific advise. This evidence based protocol works.
Compliance with dietary instructions and testing methodology is essential. Each session will address compliance and document our client's understanding. Without this understanding, the counselor may suggest termination from the program respecting the client's time and money.
The initial visit is $80 paid with a credit card or HSA. The 3 visit protocol, if advised, would cost a total of $320 over the 4 month schedule of visits. Your counselor spends time looking at data in preparation for each visit. Meanwhile there is no time wasted and income lost from traditional office based care. Remember, this is an investment in YOUR personal health and future.
